She is survived by: her husband William "Will" Scarberry; her daughter Jessica Leigh McCoy (Martin) of Lexington, KY; her grandson Liam McCoy; and her siblings, Larry Sanford Adkins of Campellsville, KY, John Wayne Adkins of Lexington, KY. and Teresa Jean Harmon.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kilgore & Collier Funeral Home (2702 Panola St, Catlettsburg, KY 41129). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
