She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Clifton Leach and Febbie William Leach; her husband Fred Lee Smith; her sisters, Dorothy Leach, Mary Leach McCord and Bernice Leach; and her friend Eugene Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Smith, Jacquelyne Wheeler, Larphine Smith (Phine), Stephanie Thompson (Odus), Roger Smith (Rochelle) and Sheila Smith; her friends, Ella Smith Bell (family: Anna Jean Fisher, Norma Stewart), Juanita Drake, Linda Parks, Sonja, Montay Piersall, Linda Jones and Barbara Branham; and her uncle Andrew. She is also survived by Family, Mrs. Anna Jean Fisher and Family.
