He was predeceased by: his father Roosevelt Sr. Johnson; his siblings, Rose Marie Broome of Gary, Indiana and Ronald E. Johnson; and his brother-in-law Raymond Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Thelisa Johnson; his pet Ezekiel (Zeke); his mother-in-law Mary Brooks; his brothers, Roderick V. Johnson, Sr. (Karen) of Lexington, KY and Randall Johnson of Chicago, IL; his siblings-in-law, Ronald Broome of Gary, Jeffery Brooks (Shawna) of Lexington, KY, Cheryl Taylor Johnson of Lexington, KY, Cynthia Brooks of Lexington, KY, Tina Franklin (Tracey) of Lexington, KY, Thomassina Brooks of Lexington, KY, Angela Taylor and Lavonia Taylor of Cincinnati, OH; and his close friend Sonia Smith (late Ernest Smith). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
