He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Wilburn and Jauneita Wilburn. He is survived by: his wife Julia A. (Shirley) of Owensboro, KY.; his children, Rhonda Lee (David) and Jonathan Wesley; his grandchildren, Hope and Andrew; and his great grandchild Aurora.
