He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Allen and Jeanette Allen. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his sons, Paul (Debra) and Grant (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Ricky, Zoe, William and Averly; and his sisters, Nancy May (Willie) and Ruth Poirier (Ken).
In accordance with the state mandate from the State of Kentucky, face coverings are required as well as social distancing practices.
