He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Anita Lynn; his children, Kip (Jordan) and Elizabeth Nowlin (Phillip); his granddaughters, Abbygail Broughton (Ryan) and Tristyn Nowlin; his great grandchild Braelyn Rose Grubbs; his daughter Lavina Lynn Hoskins (Ken); his siblings, Ken (Paulette), Barry (Brenda), Connie Conley (Randall) of Berea, KY. and Kathy Howard (Don) of Berea, KY.; his aunt Ida Jane "Bartz" Conley of Dayton, OH.; his parents, Houston Butler Kelley and Anne Elizabeth Preston Kelley; his siblings, Carol Rice (Jerry), Rhonda Kelley and Ricky; and his pets, Sophie, Yorkshire, Cotton Bottom and Kaddy Putt.
