He was predeceased by: his father Virgil Blair. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sullivan Blair of Lexington; his children, Bret Blair (Sandy), Suzanne Burke and Jason Blair (Sharlene); his grandchildren, Kathryn Taylor Burke, Chelsea Jordan Burke, Kristen Rebekah Roberts (Shawn), Courtney Nicole Burke, Ashley Noel Blair, Stella Madison Blair, James Roger Harrison Blair, Seth Elijah Blair, Aidan Luke Thomas Blair and Corran Mark Sullivan Blair; his great grandchildren, Knox Wesley Roberts, Roger Sampson Carlyle Roberts and Easton Tyler Stone; his brother Kenneth Ray Blair; and his brother-in-law Beckham Wayne Sullivan. He is also survived by three children, 10 grandchildren, and three great grandsons.
Due to Covid restrictions, there will be a private funeral.
