He is survived by: his parents, Rockne E. Bender and Joann Bender; his children, Amber Bender of Pikeville, KY and Gabby Bender of Lexington, KY; his grandsons, Isaac Coleman and Elijah Coleman of Pikeville, KY.; and his siblings, Adam Bender-Saunders (Nikki Bender-Saunders) of Lexington, KY. and Samantha Carlin (Luis Carlin) of Columbus, Ohio. He is also survived by two nephews, three nieces, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
