He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Schneider Botkin; his children, Jeffrey Howard Botkin of Gainesboro and Mary Carmen Amato; and his son-in-law Robert Amato of Frankfort, Kentucky..
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Christ Church (166 Market St, Lexington, KY 40507). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions are suggested for Christ Church Cathedral, Central Christian Church, or Midway University.
