He is survived by: his wife Margaret Mackay; his children, Tim Mackay (Tricia), Rebecca Havlicek (Jay Vaughn) and Drew Mackay (Anne); and his grandchildren, Austin Mackay, Ellie Mackay, Brett Mackay, Kamryn Mackay, Hailey Havlicek, Brooks Havlicek, Jasper Mackay and Wes Henry Mackay.
