He is survived by: his siblings, Ruth Baker Lynch (Arnold), Kevin Baker, Wayne Baker (Tisa), Gerald Baker, Francis Baker, III (Anita), Cheryl Birch, Michelle Baker and Myra Hill; his aunt Ann Garvin of Topeka, KS; and his close friend Janice Walker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins. extended relatives and many friends.
