He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Neal Sr. and Nellie Scott Neal; his siblings, Norma Neal and James R Neal; his niece Audra Doss; and his nephew Gerald Hoskins (Mary Ann).
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lee Neal; his sons, James Neal (Beth) of Georgetown, Kentucky and Charles Neal (Season) of Jeffersonville, Indiana.; his grandchildren, Dalton Neal (Tiffany) of Georgetown, Kentucky and Palmer Neal of Jeffersonville, Indiana; his sisters, Mary Hoskins, Margaret Johnson (Bruce), Martha Doss (Glen), Brenda Neal and Patricia Carey (John); and his close friends, Manuel Howard and Jerry England. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
