He was predeceased by: his parents, Brack Flinchum and Nancy Johnson Flinchum; and his siblings, Howard A. Flinchum and Mandy Fay Richardson. He is survived by: his wife Connie J. Meyer Flinchum of Beattyville; his children, Robert Timothy Flinchum (Stephanie) of Beattyville, Rebecca Lynn McIntosh (Kevin) of Beattyville and Mary Louise Flinchum Planck (Shawn) of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Olivia Flinchum of Beattyville, Kolby McIntosh of Beattyville and Kara Beth McIntosh of Beattyville; his siblings, Susan J. Tackett of Irvine, Kentucky and James L. Flinchum of Lexington, Kentucky; his sister-in-law Phyllis Bowman of Beattyville; and his nieces and nephews, Michelle Jones of Lexington, Jeffery Flinchum of Lexington, Alicia Flinchum of Portland and Brandon Flinchum of Georgetown, Kentucky. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
