He is survived by: his brothers, Paul, Alger Bart, James and Arlis Combs; his wife Ellen Combs of Lexington, Kentucky.; his children, Aleah Nicole Combs (Kyle Stivers) of Lexington, Kentucky., Virgil Combs of Lexington, William David Combs, Kevin Combs of Moraine and Daniel Morgan Combs (Paulette) of Kendallville, Indiana.; his sister Deborah Hollifield (Stanley) of Clay City, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Jayden, Liam, Ayvah, Bella of Hailey, DJ, Tommy, Mika, Zoe, Lily, Nichole, Elizabeth and Amy; and his close friend Arthur Holland.
