He was predeceased by: his father Allen Powell Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Powell Ramsey; his wife Jeanie Powell of Lexington; his children, Joshua Powell (Christina) of Lexington and Katelyn Powell (Katie) of Lexington; and his sister Patty Powell of Winchester. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and members of the Jaglowicz family.
