He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Maynard and Helen Smith Maynard; and his son Jeff Maynard. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Maynard; his daughter Cindy Maynard of Fort Worth, TX; and his grandchildren, Chancie Logan Maynard, Josh Maynard, Haley Jones, Mick Maynard and Karly Craig. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and especially his wife.
