He is survived by: his wife Ruth A. Hawk (Pothast) of Fort Jennings, OH.; his brothers, Robert G. Hawk (Janet) and J. Thomas Hawk (Marilyn); his children, Steven R. Hawk (Jennifer) of Nokomis, FL, Daniel J. Hawk (Nora) of Huntsville, AL and Diane M. Evans (Christopher) of Lexington, KY; his grandchildren, Matthew Evans, Jacqueline Evans, Abigail Palazzo (Joseph), Anne Caroline Hawk, Ryan Hawk, Tyler Keel and Natalie Keel; and his daughter Ruth. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
