He is survived by: his wife Kathy Bray; his children, Rex Hall, Richard Hall (Rick), Ricky Bray, Kaethan Bray, Acestin Raleigh, Brayson Raleigh, Randi Chapman, Shannon Hall, Amy Wilhite, Susie Bray and StayLynn Raleigh; and his siblings, Randy Hall, Rhonda Truax and Rita Harness. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren.
