She is survived by: her sons, Don Frederick Owens Smith (Carol) of Loganville and Joseph Anthony Smith (Angie) of Lexington; her brother Devert Joseph Owens II Lexington (Judy); her grandchildren, Michelle Leigh Klubenspies (Matt), Michael Frederick Owen Smith (Brenttnie) and Logan Joseph Smith; and her great grandchildren, Clayton Owen Klubenspies and Carleigh Blake Klubenspies.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to Wesley Village, 1125 Lexington Road, Wilmore, KY 40390.
