She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Pelfrey and Grace Havens Pelfrey; her brothers, William and Richard Pelfrey; and her true love Richard Sparrow.
She is survived by: her siblings, Ralph "Tom" Pelfrey (Elinor) of Cincinnati, OH and Linda Beadle (Ralph) of Catlettsburg, KY; her sisters-in-law, Pat Pelfrey of Austin, TX and Vicky Pelfrey of Delaware, OH; her daughter Kim Lowery; and her close friend Sue Priest of Gallipolis, OH.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins who adored her greatly and friends.
