We are sad to announce that on July 12, 2023, at the age of 81, Rebecca Elk Butcher of Lexington, Kentucky, born in Franklin, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Joseph and Lucille Coder Westfall Elk. She is survived by: her husband Charles Butcher; her sons, Charles "Charley" Butcher (Bethany) and William "Billy" Butcher (Leigh Ann); her brother Joe Elk (Mary Alice); her grandchildren, Megan Butcher, Kyle Butcher, Caitlyn Butcher, Annabel Lewis and Ellie Lewis; her nephew Barry Elk; her niece Allison Elk; and her caregivers, Dr. Danny Corales, Dr. Doyle Freano, Dr. Christopher Wieting, Dr. Garnett Brown and Carey Sowards.
