He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob F. Smith and Adria F. Brock Smith; and his brother Rodrick Edgar Smith. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Molden Smith; his son Timothy J. Smith (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Madison and Elliott; his brother Phillip A. Smith (Judy); and his siblings-in-law, Peggy Daulton Smith of Nancy, KY., Donna Hunley (Roy) of Somerset, KY and Lindon Molden (Donna). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
