Preston O. Lewis III Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Preston O. Lewis III (Lexington, Kentucky), who passed away on October 20, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Preston leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He is survived by: his daughters, Rebekah Mutchler, Alisha DeMoss (Andrew DeMoss) and Kelsey Lewis (Shane Pope); his grandchildren, Maddilynn Mutchler, Preston DeMoss and Eliza Jane DeMoss; and his wife Lane Lewis.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Preston's honor to The Michael J. Fox Foundation or Pine Mountain Settlement School.
