It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Woodward of Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on March 5, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Ray and Gae Pyle Beard; and her husband Charles E. Woodward. She is survived by : her sister Patty Gabbard Gibson; her stepson Robbie Prewitt; and her nephews, Robert Gabbard (Gayle) and Charles K. Gabbard (Deborah).
