We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2020, at the age of 82, Phyllis Joyce (Smallwood) Fraley (Lexington, Kentucky), born in Bowen, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Connie G. Fraley Campbell (Lee), William Jeffrey Fraley (Patricia), Michael Edward Fraley (Theresa) and Alice A. Fraley O'Kelley (Patrick); her parents, Charles Ernest and Edna Smallwood (Morton); her brother Talmadge Smallwood; her sister-in-law Miriam Smallwood; her sister Carrie M. Smallwood; her husband William C. Fraley; and her siblings, Elmer G. Smallwood and Fern Smallwood Brewer. She was also cherished by 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
