She was predeceased by: her parents, David Ferrell and Vercie Mae Raines (Deel); her husband Rhodie; her brother Steve Raines; and her brother-in-law Billy Shrout.
She is survived by: her siblings, Paul Raines of Grundy, VA, Lonnie Raines (Judy) of Stokesdale, NC, Juanita "Tootie" Raines of Lexington, KY and Charlene Kidd of Tazewell, VA.; and her nieces, Deborah Hackney of Tazewell, VA, Teresa Raines Daughtery of Dandridge, TN, Robin Raines of Asheville, NC and Tracy Raines of Chapel Hill, NC..
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Kerr Brothers Funeral Home - Harrodsburg Rd (3421 Harrodsburg Rd, Lexington, KY 40513). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at the Bluegrass Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Broadway Baptist Church on Harrodsburg Road Lexington, KY in Jean's memory.
