It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Plummer (Lexington, Kentucky), who passed away on March 14, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Tingle and Geneva Wynn Eades; and her siblings, Bobby Tingle and Charlene Long. She is survived by: her husband Charlie Plummer; her children, Donald Hellard, Renee Hellard, Tonya Florance (Steve) and Wendy Bryant (Patrick); her nephew Thomas Pohloski; and her grandson Dustin Vanderpool. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
