He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Johnson Bonner and Lyman Gaylord Bonner; and his wife Susan Vaill Bonner. He is survived by: his daughter Alison Madden (David) of Yorba Linda, CA; his grandson Luke Madden; and his siblings, Allen Bonner and Lynn Bonner Bernstein. He is also survived by cousins, treasured nieces and nephews, and dear, life-long friends.
