She is survived by: her daughter LaDona Ruth Collett of Lexington, KY; her grandchildren, Michael Jordan Collett of Lexington, KY and Dakota Austin Collett of Williamsburg, KY; her great grandchildren, River Allen and Noah Austin; and her sisters, Linda Collett (Jimmy) of Williamsburg, KY and Jeanie Helton (Doug) of Barbourville, KY.
