She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Earle Kennedy and Mary Harmon Kennedy; her sister Betty Kennedy Jones; and her granddaughters, Sarah Elizabeth Neal and Madison Ivey Phillips.
She is survived by: her husband David W. Phillips Sr.; her children, Dawn (Raul), Diane and David Jr. (Trish); her granddaughters, Alexandra (Armando), Amanda and Marisa (Anthony); and her great grandchildren, Marlee, Noah and Isabel.
