We are sad to announce that on August 18, 2021, at the age of 88, Peggy C. Harrell of Lexington, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Harrell of Lexington; and her parents, William Cartee (Homer) and Susie Cartee (Stanfield). She is survived by: her daughter Leslie Harrell Isaman (James) of Frankfort; and her niece Tina Boyd of Ringgold, GA.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Take the Lead, P.O. Box 6353, Watertown, NY 13601, the Lexington Humane Society or a Dachshund rescue of your choice.
