She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Wayne Clem, Sr.; her mother Grace Harrison; her grandson Leslie Harrison Clem; and her daughter-in-law Janet Hall Clem. She is survived by: her sons, Harold W. Clem, Jr. (Karen) of Nicholasville and Leslie Harrison Clem (Leverna) of Nicholasville; her grandchildren, Britt Clem, James Leslie Clem, Tiffany Allen (J. R.), Kaitlyn Clem and McKenzie Fitch (Matt); and her great grandchildren, Kendall Raye, Luke Harrison, Ryder Joseph, Natalie Jane, Brooks Leslie and Mateya Hartley.

In Lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Bluegrass Care Navigators or your favorite Charity.
