She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora Mae Pieratt Wells and Thomas R. Wells; her husband Charles E. Stanley; and her sisters, Wanita Murphy, Winifred Humphreys and Virginia Dale.

She is survived by: her children, Shelley L. Stanley and Stephen D. Stanley (Robin); and her granddaughter Rachel E. Stanley of Lexington.

Memorial donations may be made in Pauline's name to Bluegrass Care Navigators (Hospice of the Bluegrass), 1733 Harrodsburg Road, Lexington, KY 40504.
