She was predeceased by: her parents, Whitehead Whitehead and Elizabeth Evans Whitehead. She is survived by: her sons, Chad of Lexington, KY and Jon Cline (Mandy) of Cincinnati, OH; and her grandchildren, Charlie and Michael "Mikey" Cline.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her honor to The Springer School and Center in Cincinnati, OH, or the Old Friends Farm in Georgetown, KY.
