It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paula D. Campbell of Lexington, Kentucky, born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on December 7, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kenneth and Evelyn Russell Davis. She is survived by: her husband Sam Campbell; her sons, Randy Campbell (Heather) of Apex, NC and Ken Campbell (Erin) of Frankfort; her grandchildren, Josh Roll, Leah Campbell, Alaina Campbell, Noah Campbell and Maggie Campbell; and her sister Pat Johnson of Winchester. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Lexington Humane Society, 1600 Old Frankfort Pike, Lexington, KY 40504, or to one's local Humane Society, or to a charity of one's choice.
