He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Cecil and Marion Barrett Hawkins; his wife Joyce Dean Ford Hawkins; and his son Paul Joseph Hawkins, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Greg Hawkins (Jennifer) and Dianne Corse (Barry); and his grandchildren, Sarah Wilson (Jesse), Barrett Hawkins, Andrew Clapp (Bethany), Molly Towery (Justin), Bailey, Lexie Hawkins, Caroline Corse and Ella Katherine Corse. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Paul's memory to Southside Church of Christ Missions.
