He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Huntington Locknane Sr. and Mildred Massie Locknane; and his brother Charles William "Billy" Locknane. He is survived by: his friends, Tommy Burdette and Howard Sypher; his brother Donald Wayne "Donny" Locknane (Becki); his children, Shannon Twerdi, Mollie Wilkins (Chip) and Jacob Locknane (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Peyton, Brooke Twerdi, Elizabeth Wilkins, Trace, Hunt Wilkins and Briggs Locknane.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial gifts be sent to Bluegrass Hospice Care or Shepherd's House of Lexington (https: //http://www.shepherdshouseinc.com).
