It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Edward Risner of Lexington, Kentucky, born in Royalton, Kentucky, who passed away on September 9, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Beecher Risner and Versie Marshall Risner; his grandmother Shepherd Risner; his son Kirby Risner; and his siblings, Beecher Risner, Jr., Loretta Gillespie and Malvadine Risner.

He is survived by: his daughters, Carolyn Legg of Sidney, Sheliah R. McClanahan of Grundy and Lisa Risner of Lexington; his grandchildren, Rhonda Fisher and Kirby Risner, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Brittany Jones, Kyle Risner and Kara Risner; and his great great grandchildren, Jadea Combs, Iris Jones and Taylor Jones.
