It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Louise Wiesenhahn in Lexington, Kentucky, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on November 24, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, Timothy Wiesenhahn, Lisa A. Wiesenhahn (Missy Durr), Erik A. Wiesenhahn (Jill Suwanski) and Susan M. Holeman (Derrick); her grandchildren, Mya E. Holeman, Keira J. Holeman and Derrick S. Holeman, Jr.; her brother Stephen Grabert; and her nephews, Ryan Grabert and Josh Grabert.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lexington Humane Society in Pat's memory.
