She was predeceased by: her parents, Benny Pavelka and Mary Loretta "Maryla" Vatzlavick Pavelka. She is survived by: her husband Kevin B; her children, Mallory Pfiester Martinez (Matt) and Cody Pfiester (Laura); her siblings, Mike Pavelka (Tina), Benji Pavelka (Marna), Lauri Wright (Donnie) and Ann Marie Afflerbach (Bobbin); her stepfather Albert Durward "Woody" Peebles; and her close friend Pippa. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
