She was predeceased by: her husband John L. Keller; her parents, Augustine "Gus" Edward and Lucille Clarke (McKinivan); and her siblings, Lucille Kelton (Clarke) and Gus Clarke II.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Wendelle "Wendy" Wortham (Dale) of Knoxville, Tennessee; and her grandchildren, J. Clarke Keller (Lissa) of Lexington, Kentucky, Michael T. Keller (Jennifer) of Harrodsburg, Kentucky, David A. Keller (Leslie) of Cary, Dr. Gregory C. Keller (Susan) of Jacksonville, Florida, Patrick J. Keller (Gail) of Louisville, Kentucky and Christopher M. Keller (Terri) of Louisville, Kentucky.
