He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Hampton and Isia Macfall Hampton. He is survived by: his children, Steven Hampton (Shellie) of Lexington, Ed Hampton of Lexington, David Hampton of Lexington and Angela Hampton of Lexington; his grandchildren, Taylor Burnett, Courtney Hampton, Jackson Hampton, Noah Hampton and Katherine Hampton; his great grandchild Rylan Burnett; and his siblings, Paul Hampton and Nannie Hampton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
