He is survived by: his children, Roger Neace, Juanita Carol Neace, Sharron Jeanette Neace and Barbara Gail Neace Sell; and his brothers, Virgil Neace and Ed Neace. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 20 grandchildren.
