She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward Rumford and Mary Frances Strickley Rumford of Milford, Kentucky.; and her husband Ralph Gerald Millin. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Joan Brooks (Joe), Phyllis Ann Giles, Vicki Jane Craycraft and Angelina Perez; and her brother Robert Lee Rumford. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
