He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas John Nickl Sr. and Suzanna Anna Meyer Nickl. He is survived by: his wife Carmella DeMarco; his daughter-in-law Tina Marie Nickl; and his grandchildren, David Louis Nickl and Heather Ann Nickl (Donald McNeill Paul).
