He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Hall and Blanche Ranier Hall. He is survived by: his wife Christine Bowman Hall; his children, Gwendolyn Hall Fike (David), Tracye Neale Hall and John Wade Hall (Sarantip); his grandchildren, Dr. David Christopher Fike (Stacy) of Bay City, Laura Lea Fike of Oklahoma City, OK, Shaun Matthew Fike (Rachel) of Lexington, Ranier "Max" Hall of Lexington and Anthony "Cooper" Hall of Lexington; his great grandchild Ford Alexander Fike of Lexington; and his sisters, Rosemary Hall Leibundguth of Danville, KY and Tania Hall Wentz of Connersville, IN.
