He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca Foltz and Addilyn Paige Burns; his sister Amy Leigh Burns; his grandmother Judy Burns; his aunt Michelle Barnett (Bill); his niece Chloe Burns; and his cousins, Robert, Justin, Cameron and Benjamin Retallick. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
