She was predeceased by: her husband Julius G. Clark, Jr.; her parents, Philip Maack Hart and Marion Petitpain Hart Graton; and her son Philip H. Clark. She is survived by: her daughters, Marion C. Clark (Donald B. Cowan) and Sarah G. Clark (Stephen B. Cox); her grandchildren, Donald C. Rardin (Mary B.) and Annette M. Rardin; her great grandchildren, Donald "Clark" Rardin, Jr. and Joseph "Tilton" Rardin; and her close friend Jane G. Blackford.

A resident of Lexington since 1950, Natalie was active in the American Cancer Society's Reach For Recovery.

“I have the announcement of the graduation of Natalie Hart from Jax Landon H.S. May 27, 1947. She came to Palmetto right after that to visit us. I was only eight. I remember that visit and the good time we had. Although we seldom saw each other afterwards that bond never went away. She was a flower girl in my parents wedding and was the last living member of that party”
