He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean Estes Neal; and his parents, Morris Neal and Dorothy Allen Neal. He is survived by: his children, Marcella Pittman (Tim) and Mark Neal; his grandchildren, Tiffany Tandy, Hannah Pittman, Courtney Pittman and Jasmine Martin; and his niece Virginia Ann Estes Livingood. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
