She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Long and Virginia B. Long; her husband Kenneth Jesse Haggard; her grandchildren, Melanie Rae and Michael Lee Haggard; and her sister Marlene Thompson.

She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Wills, Sandy Yarnell and Leann Smith (Billy Joe); her grandchildren, Christy Cairel (Gary), Gina Jackson (Bryan) and Brandon Johnson (Liz); and her siblings, Louise Daley, Linda Harpe (Ronnie) and Harold "Buddy" Long (Pat). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Due to Covid-19, a private graveside service will be held at Camp Nelson National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, please give to missions through your local church.
